Academic Support for Innovation in Sustainable Agriculture: Assoc. Prof. Başak Özarslan Doğan Joins Agriplus Jury


Assoc. Prof. Başak Özarslan Doğan, Director of Istanbul Gelişim University's Sustainable Environment and Society Application and Research Center and Faculty Member of the Department of International Trade and Business, served as a jury member for the 2025 Agriplus Innovative Agricultural Products Awards.
 
The competition evaluated projects that make a difference in the agricultural sector by focusing on sustainability, technology, and innovation. Assoc. Prof. Özarslan Doğan evaluated the projects from a multidimensional perspective, considering the environmental, economic, and social impacts of agricultural innovation.
 
The Agriplus platform brings together expert jury members every year to support projects that will shape the future of agriculture and draw public attention to innovative solutions. Assoc. Prof. Özarslan Doğan made evaluations specifically within the framework of sustainable production models, environmental impact reduction, and rural development perspectives.
