The programme sets out the steps and costs on how to achieve the targets on an annual basis within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Directorate of Climate Change 2024-2028.

In the report, which reveals the performance of 41 countries on the Sustainable Development Goals, Finland, Denmark and Sweden top the rankings.
