A "Reaching Generation Z" seminar was organized by Istanbul Gelişim University for the directors and guidance teachers working in educational institutions in Şanlıurfa.

Istanbul Gelisim University Rector Prof. Dr. Nail Öztaş stated that they organize training and information seminars for the Z generation with various events all over Turkey.

Rector Öztaş said, "Our university organizes various activities in cooperation with private schools in various cities of our country within the framework of beneficial development for the society. In the activity we organized today, Dr. Lecturer Member Aslıhan Selçuk from our school talked to the Z generation with our administrators and guidance teachers. This generation is a very remembered and pronounced one. We can say that it is a generation whose characteristics we have not yet defined, and from which very big changes are expected. Our youth and children are defined as those born in 1995. We need to know our future producers, consumers, leaders, scientists. He said "The more we understand and know these young people, the better we will have the opportunity to prepare them for that future,".

Gelişim University Lecturer Aslıhan Selçuk said after the seminar, "We talked about the Z generation at our seminar. We call those born in 1995 and later as the Z generation. Because the dynamics of this generation are different, they look at life differently from us and they have different characteristics."
